What skills and experience we're looking for
This role is ideal for those wanting to further their career in education and who have a desire to secure the best outcomes for young people in education.
This role will be delivering learning activities for a significant number of individual pupils or groups. Activities may involve assisting in the planning, preparing and delivering of learning activities as well as monitoring pupils, assessing, recording and reporting on pupils’ achievement, progress and development, under the direction of class/subject teacher.
This role may also be responsible for working within a specific work area, e.g. Pastoral, Behaviour or SEN.
