A great opportunity for an inspiring senior leader to support the continuing development of the Kingswood Secondary Academy, recently judged ‘Good’ in all areas by Ofsted.
The role:
The successful applicant will take a lead role for Behaviour and Pastoral across the academy and with the Deputy Principal, co-ordinate and manage the pastoral, behaviour and attendance monitoring work of the Heads of Year; you will also act as line manager for the Heads of Year.
You will be an exceptional middle/senior leader with a demonstrable commitment to helping all pupils achieve their best, despite their background. With high expectations of behaviour, you will motivate staff and pupils through high quality leadership and management. You will be an innovative manager, able to analyse and interpret Academy data to support clear, strategic decisions. You will be well supported by the senior leadership team at the Academy and the Education Support Team of the Trust, to ensure that the overall Academy vision is achieved.
