The role:
The Wells Academy are looking for a Senior Education Welfare Officer to join them on their transformational journey to Greatness. You will be responsible for and lead whole school pupil attendance and punctuality, providing interventions where required to secure regular attendance to school. Working with the attendance and pastoral team to overcome barriers that affect regular attendance to school which impact upon the educational welfare of children & young people
Working as part of the Greenwood Academies Trust MAT you will be fully supported to develop and ensure our students display impeccable conduct, attitudes and are ready to be successful in their school life and beyond.
