We are looking to appoint an exceptional individual to join our team from January/February 2026. This role will support the Headteachers of multiple academies within the Trust to ensure the strong finances of the Trust are sustained. You will have responsibility for two of the Trust academy schools, providing a strategic and hands on finance function. You will play a key role in ensuring effective financial management, supporting school leaders and the central Trust team, and providing expert guidance on budgets and financial compliance. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive environment, backed by a dedicated central Trust team and Headteachers across each Academy.

What we offer:

Term Time plus working, (38 + 3 weeks) meaning you are not working for approximately 11 weeks a year

Variety of work and opportunity to shape financial strategy across multiple schools in the Trust

Support from a central Trust team and experienced professionals in each Academy
