What skills and experience we're looking for

Contract: 1 year FTC

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Inclusion Lead to join our dedicated team at The Hastings Academy on a one year fixed term contract.

Your key responsibilities will include leading the pastoral behaviour function to ensure that our high expectations of behaviour and attendance are met and leading the development of our culture of positive learning behaviours. You will also be managing the day-to-day running of the reflection room and the continued impact of reflection prevention courses on behaviour improvement.

All subjects considered, a background in SEND or Alternative provision desirable.
