We are seeking an innovative and dedicated Senior Leader in Charge of LARP (Local Authority Resource Provision) to join the leadership team at Woolwich Polytechnic School for Boys. This is a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our inclusive practices and ensuring that students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities achieve their full potential.
This role is offered on a one-year fixed term basis in the first instance, providing an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a supportive and forward-thing Trust.
The successful candidate will:
- Contribute to the effective leadership and strategic development of the school.
- Lead, manage, and develop the LARP department and its staff.
- Promote and monitor student progress, ensuring high standards of attainment and attitudes to learning among LARP students.
- Coordinate all aspects of LARP provision, maintaining accurate and confidential records.
- Demonstrate resilience, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Exhibit decisiveness, consistency, and a solution-focused approach.
- Inspire and motivate staff and students, leading by example.
- Build strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
