Senior Midday Supervisor job summary
Senior Midday Supervisor
Salary Scale: Grade 3/4 (SCP 5–10)
Start Date: 1st September 2025
Working Pattern: 11:15am – 1:15pm, Monday to Friday, term time only (38 weeks per year)
We are currently seeking a committed, flexible, and enthusiastic Senior Midday Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be confident working independently while also being a proactive and dedicated team member. They will be committed to actively supporting the strong Christian ethos of our school and will contribute positively to our vibrant staff team.
Key Responsibilities may include:
Planning weekly and daily rotas for the midday supervision team
Organising revised timetables to cover staff absences at short notice
Administering basic first aid to pupils when necessary
Ensuring all records are completed in line with school policies, including First Aid logs and CPOMS
Assisting school staff in the day-to-day running of lunchtime activities
Working with small groups of children on reinforcement and enrichment tasks
Providing 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
