What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for someone who has:
- experience of working in a school office
- experience of financial processing and accounting
- knowledge of using a management information system (preferably Arbor) and other software such as Microsoft Office
- knowledge of general school procedures
- excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- excellent organisational and computing skills
- good communication skills
- a commitment to high standards
- a commitment to continuous professional development
- the willingness to go the extra mile
The role will include:
- maintaining pupil records
- managing HR
- financial processing
- providing support for the Leadership Team and Governing Body
- line managing named staff
- other administrative tasks commensurate with the post to ensure the smooth running of the school office
