  • Passionate about the "business of education" and how it drives school improvement and able to build on current practices to enhance office systems, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • An expert in Arbor MIS (or similar) with an unwavering attention to detail regarding data and deadlines including ensuring 'a single source of truth' for all staff and student information.

  • Able to balance the demanding workloads of two sites while maintaining a professional and enthusiastic outlook.

  • Committed to working within a co-operative, collegial ethos at all times.

You will benefit from:
  • Working with each and every one of our wonderful children.

  • A deeply committed, forward-thinking, and innovative Leadership Team.

  • Joining a Trust that guarantees high-quality induction training and ongoing professional development.

  • The opportunity to realize your professional vision and ambitions within a supportive Multi-Academy Trust.

Visits to our sites are strongly encouraged. Please contact the Senior Leadership Team for further information on either 01472 318003 or 01469 572584.
