We're looking for a dedicated Senior Pastoral Leader to join our supportive team at Broadlands Academy in Keynsham. Within this post, you will support all students to make appropriate academic and personal progress as specified by baseline data and other information. You will have strategic oversight of all pastoral matters and support our pastoral leaders to develop and deliver a holistic package of support for vulnerable students.
You're someone who'll be able to:
 * liaise with a wide variety of professionals, parents and pupils
 * coordinate home visits
 * work to tight deadlines, prioritise and manage time well
 * work as part of a team and on your own
 * show empathy when working with young people
