What skills and experience we're looking for
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of student support through raising aspirations and performance and helping to build ambition, confidence and resilience in young people. You will lead a team of Progress Tutors in the delivery of high-quality pastoral provision which supports target grade achievements for all students under your guidance. The role will require you to establish a distinct team culture for both Progress Tutors and students of ambition, success, perseverance and diligence.
We are looking for a committed and motivated individual, with previous experience in a similar role. You should have excellent communication and language skills and have the flexibility to occasionally work evenings at College events.
