Senior Receptionist job summary
The Role
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, well organised and experienced Senior Receptionist to join our Reception Team. This is a key position with our School and a role that provides high-quality, high-volume Reception and Administrative services to our pupils, parents and employees.
The successful candidate will be used to a busy reception environment and experienced being the first point of contact for students, parents, external visitors and colleagues. They will be a calm, friendly and confident communicator across all channels, face to face, via email and telephone. They will have excellent ICT skills and be able to multi task and juggle multiple priorities calmly and efficiently. Our Senior Receptionist will deputise for the Office Manager on occasion, so the ability to take initiative and take the lead in their absence.

How to make an application
