Our central Shared Services teams play a vital role in supporting the success of every school within the Greenshaw Learning Trust. We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and driven Senior School Improvement Lead (Behaviour & Culture) to join our Trust-wide support team and contribute to our mission of delivering excellent, inclusive education.

This role offers the opportunity to work as part of a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, primarily based at our regional hubs in Sutton, Gloucester, or Plymouth, with travel to schools across the Trust.

About the Role

As a Senior School Improvement Lead, you will provide expert support in raising standards, challenging performance, and driving school effectiveness to ensure every pupil achieves their full potential. This role is key to ensuring that our schools are well-equipped to focus on teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Director of Education with rapid school improvement across the Trust.
  • Leading the development of behaviour and character curricula, supporting leaders to implement and evaluate effectiveness.
  • Providing additional in-school leadership, including acting as Head of School or deputising for a Headteacher when required.
  • Line managing members of the wider School Improvement Team.
  • Leading significant projects, including intensive SEMH interventions and whole-system leadership to improve outcomes for all children.
