An exciting opportunity has arisen in our successful, two form entry village primary school for a motivated Senior Teacher, who is passionate about developing high quality pedagogy, to join our established team. We are looking for someone who understands curriculum development and who enjoys developing teaching and learning so that all children have every opportunity to achieve successful outcomes at the end of Key Stage 2.

We have high aspirations and expectations for children and staff alike within a caring and nurturing environment. We are looking for someone who shares this ambition and expectation and takes pride in fostering ambition in children so that they understand the importance and value of education and are in a positive, confident and secure place for the next step of their education journey. We need someone who is confident to contribute to school leadership, someone who is prepared to challenge, someone who is resilient and someone who wants to take their first steps into school leadership and has a commitment to continual school improvement.

As part of Infinity Academies Trust, we offer a wide range of professional support and interesting professional development opportunities through network meetings, conferences and school improvement cycle meetings.

The successful applicant will:

Contribute to strategic and operational decision making to drive school improvement.

Have a proven track record as an excellent class teacher.

Support the Executive Headteacher, Head of School, Assistant Headteacher and SENDCo in monitoring, evaluating and developing aspects of our school improvement.
