WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Senior Teaching Assistant to take on a key leadership role in supporting our school community. The main priorities for this role include:

Overseeing and delivering high-quality interventions to support pupil progress.

Acting as a key liaison between teaching staff and teaching assistants to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Line managing the team of teaching assistants, ensuring their professional growth and effective deployment.

Collaborating with the SENCO and Inclusion Manager to develop and manage timetables for support across the school.

Providing mentoring and guidance for staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Completing administrative tasks and paperwork in support of the SENCO.

Driving high standards and ensuring the best outcomes for all children.
