What we’re looking for in you:
✅ A confident HR professional with experience in employee relations casework
✅ A great communicator who can advise and support colleagues at all levels.
✅ Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and a passion for getting things right.
✅ A proactive problem-solver who can work independently and as part of a team.
✅ Committed to upholding the Trust’s co-operative values and ensuring fairness and consistency.
