Hours: 37 hours p/week - Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
We have an exciting opportunity for an inspirational, ambitious, and enthusiastic leader to join our excellent and committed pastoral team. You will play a key role in leading, supporting and monitoring the academic and personal progress of each student within the designated house.
You will be committed to delivering the highest standards of academic attainment possible alongside excellent pastoral care, ensuring that systems work effectively to enable all students to be known, valued and supported. You will be skilled at building rapport with students, parents, and staff to drive achievement and raise aspirations in an inclusive and values led school. Your dedication to high quality teaching will provide valuable support to the development of our students, ensuring that are all supported to achieve the best possible outcomes.
The opportunity
- Promote a strong culture of achievement throughout the house team.
- Lead the House Team in the delivery of personal and effective student support and mentoring program.
- Establish clear expectations of student achievement, progress and behaviour through effective target setting and monitoring.
- Promote and communicate a shared vision within the House Team.

- Ability to build meaningful relationships that promotes a positive learning culture.
- Possess outstanding communication skills and personal integrity.
- High personal standards in terms of attendance, punctuality and organising workload.
