Site Agent (1)

Due to the forthcoming retirement of our Site Agent, we are looking to appoint a Site Agent to join our friendly Premises team. We are seeking applicants who have a flexible approach to working hours. For this post the minimum working hours is 32.5 per week, although we are open to discussing the possibility of increased hours.

You will be required to work:

11:00am – 6:00pm / Monday to Friday (to include a 30min unpaid break).

You will be contracted for 52 weeks per year.

We are looking to appoint a Site Agent who will have responsibility for:

  • Security of premises – you will be a key holder;
  • Heating and Lighting;
  • Maintain premises in good state of repairs;
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness;
  • Undertaking health & safety compliance checks;
  • Assist in ensuring all appropriate records and documentation are kept in accordance with regulations and as directed;
  • Supporting the management of building / maintenance projects;
  • Understand, follow instruction and use their initiative.
