Site Agent job summary

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and proactive to be responsible for all premises related maintenance, security, health & safety and cleaning. Good handy-person skills, health & safety knowledge and communication skills are essential as is the ability to use IT to maintain records and research best value for purchases. Experience of supervising building projects would be an advantage.

Applicants for this public facing post will need to demonstrate the ability to converse and provide effective help or advice, fluently in spoken English.
