Site Assistant job summary

The purpose of this role is to:

Undertake a range of duties with regards to the grounds, buildings, environment and maintaining the health, safety and secuirty of site users.
Ensuring essential works and maintenance work are completed.
Provide a safe working environment for staff and students.
Ensure the premises are presented at their best at all times.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements.
Support teaching colleagues with the operational aspects of student learning as required.

There is potential for this role to come with additional overtime to support the lettings during evenings and weekends which will be discussed at interview.
