We are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable Site Assistant to join the friendly and dedicated team at Ormiston Queensmill Academy. The successful candidate will support with maintenance, health and safety, energy management, and site security—ensuring classrooms and facilities are always ready for student and staff use.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Practical, hands-on, and takes pride in their work.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently when needed.
  • Friendly and approachable, with good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexible and willing to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Able to perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving furniture and basic repairs.
