We are looking to appoint an experienced School Site Assistant to work with our Building Site Supervisor
About the Role:
As our Site Assistant, you will:
Open/close the building as required during the day.
Carry out physical checks of the buildings and take necessary action for any repairs, also making good of any areas which could be a source of danger to either the users or security of the building.
Report any issues found and rectified or potential issues arising.
Carry out routine caretaking and cleaning duties using the appropriate materials and mechanical cleaning aids as necessary.
About You:
The successful candidate will bring:
Experience in caretaking and cleaning.
Knowledge of manual handling techniques.
Ability to work on own initiative with a minimum of supervision and as part of a team.
Knowledge and experience in using mechanical cleaning aids.
