Ø Evidence of Continuing Professional Development

Ø First Aid Qualification or willingness to complete training

Ø Experience in a similar role

Ø Competent at building repairs and maintenance

Ø Knowledge of basic Health and Safety legislation

Ø Able to monitor contractor performance

Ø Good IT Skills

Ø Good communications skills

Ø Co-operative with ability to work well as a team member or alone as required

Ø Good planning and organisational skills

Ø Calm and confident manner

Ø Customer focused and committed to delivering an excellent service

Ø Record keeping of daily/weekly/monthly inspection/maintenance

Ø Personable/well presented

Ø Reliability and punctuality

Ø Flexible approach to working patterns

Ø Ability to judge when decision making needs to be taken to another responsible person

Ø Relevant Building Trade, such as joinery, plumbing, electrical work etc.
