Site Maintenance Operative job summary
We have a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and motivated Site Maintenance Operative to join the team at Extend Learning Academies Network to ensure that our schools provide a safe, welcoming and purposeful environment for children, staff and visitors.
We operate an effective central estates management team and help desk service.
You will be required to service multiple school sites therefore, access to transport is essential.
This is an all-year round, permanent opportunity working 37 hours per week (including 37 INSET hours over the year) Monday to Friday.
Actual salary E3 £25,583 or E4 £26,402 per annum pro rata plus excellent benefits package dependent on qualifications (please see job description and specification).
As a member of the central estates team, you will be responsible for the day–to-day upkeep of school building and grounds, facilities and compliance maintenance, security, and in maintaining a safe and clean school environment.
Practical experience and ability to carry out external and internal building maintenance repairs (such as carpentry, painting and decorating, minor plumbing repairs) to high standards is essential. Please see job description for full details.
