Site Manager job summary
Opportunity for a Site Manager at Holy Trinity CE Primary Academy
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the site management of a primary school.
- Liaise with all stakeholders to co-ordinate maintenance and capital works within the school in line with agreed plans.
- Ensuring appropriate training and development programs are in place for all the premises staff at the school.
- Demonstrating best practise in the management of school premises.
- Providing line management of the Cleaning Team deployed at the schools.
For the right candidate there may be an additional opportunity to cover a Trust-wide vacancy, supporting with centrally managed responsibilities for a fixed period of up to 12 months. Additional responsibilities and salary will be dependant on experience and discussed at interview.
Holy Trinity CE Primary Academy is part of the Birmingham Diocesan Multi-Academy Trust (BDMAT) and therefore will be supported by and connected with a network of Church of England schools within the region. The Trust was established in 2017 by Birmingham Diocesan Board of Education, which has a strong track record of providing excellent educational provision and achieving rapid school improvement across all phases. The vision of the Trust is to ensure pupils have ‘life in all its fullness’; providing an education that will offer a wide range of opportunities and experiences within a Christian framework.
