Willow Grove Primary School is a new four-form entry school for children aged 4 to 11, due to open in September 2024. This is an outstanding opportunity to join the Trust as the Site Manager at the school, which is being built in Wixams, Bedfordshire. The vision for the school is to become a Centre of Excellence for the Arts and to provide first class academic and personal development opportunities for all in the school community.

Part of the Kingsbridge Educational Trust, this is an outstanding and rare opportunity to play a key role in the development and growth of this exciting new school from its very early stages. You will need to be flexible enough to thrive in an ever-changing environment as the school grows over its first few years.
We are looking for a dedicated, dynamic and creative colleague committed to team-working and ensuring our beautiful new buildings are correctly maintained. Excellent conditions of service will be offered, including 28 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays.
The successful candidate will:
- Be responsible for the maintenance and security of the school premises;
- Competent at DIY tasks and able to work on own initiative;
- Be ambitious for themselves and the school;
- Be committed to supporting the ethos and values of the school.
For an informal discussion about the role, please contact the Trust by email at hr@ket.education. Alternatively, further details are available on the school website: https://www.willowgrove.school (or through My New Term).
