Site Manager job summary
You will be responsible for:

Day-to-day maintenance of the buildings and grounds
-
Managing contractors and service providers on site
-
Health and safety compliance and record-keeping
-
Ensuring the school is safe, well-maintained and fully operational at all times
-
Supporting school events and occasional out-of-hours requirements
We are looking for someone who:-
Has experience in site management, maintenance, or a similar role
-
Is reliable, hardworking and flexible with a strong sense of pride in their work
-
Has good knowledge of health & safety legislation and risk assessments
-
Possesses practical skills in maintenance, repairs and DIY
-
Can work independently and use initiative
-
Has strong organisational and communication skills

Understands the importance of safeguarding in a school setting
