St Wilfrid's Catholic Infant and Junior School, part of Our Lady and All Saints MAC, is looking for dynamic and self-motivated Site Manager to join our school team of staff. We are looking for an approachable person with good interpersonal skills, an engaging professional committed to work alongside a friendly and hardworking team to support the children in their care.

St Wilfrid's Infant and Junior Catholic School is committed to creating a diverse workforce and will consider all qualified applicants for employment.

The successful candidate will:

- Support the values and ethos of the Catholic Primary School

- Have experience of working in a school environment

- Be responsible for maintaining clean, safe and secure school premises, which includes buildings and grounds

- Take appropriate action to identify, evaluate and minimise any risks to health, safety and security in the school working environment

- Comply with school’s policies and procedures

- Establish constructive relationships and communication with all staff and other professionals

- Recognise own strengths and areas of expertise and use these to advise and support others

- Participate in training and other learning activities and performance development as required

- Be able to work under own initiative

- Be a reflective and flexible practitioner

- Work effectively with our staff team

- Be committed to promoting the Catholic ethos of our school. Protected posts will be required to be a Practising Catholic.
