Site Manager job summary
You will join our dedicated Estates Team, working across the West Midlands, and act as the main point of contact for the Head Teacher and Cleaning Staff on all estate-related matters. Reporting to the Trust Estates Manager and collaborating closely with the Central Team, you will play a key role in driving refurbishment and capital programmes within your school, while also supporting the delivery of the Trust’s Estates Management Plan.
Ideally, you will have experience in site management within an educational or multi-site environment. More importantly, we are looking for someone with strong health and safety knowledge, practical skill sets, business acumen, and proven employee management skills. Flexibility and determination to make a real difference to our Trust are essential.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, working 36.5 hours per week. Working hours may vary to meet the school’s needs and could include a split-shift format.
