Site Manager job summary

The successful applicant will work as part of a team, under the direction of a member of the school’s leadership team. The role is wide-ranging and diverse and will involve:

  • Security of the premises including being point of contact for out of hours emergencies. The school has 3 sites in the county Lincoln, Amber Hill (Nr Boston) & Baumber (Nr Horncastle). The role requires the post holder to visit each base at least once a week. There is a travel policy which allows a mileage allowance.

  • Ensuring the school complies with Health & Safety and Fire regulations.

  • Minor maintenance and repairs work across all 3 sites.

  • Acting as point of contact for contractors.

  • Obtaining quotes for goods and services as necessary and managing a maintenance budget.
