• Working pattern: Full time: 37 Hours per week - Monday to Friday between the hours of 07:15am - 15:45pm
• Contract type: Permanent
• Full-time equivalent salary: Grade 6 | NJC Points 7-12 | Starting £26,403 - £28,598 (max)

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an exceptional Site Officer who:

• takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environment for all pupils, staff and visitors;
• demonstrates strong practical skills and knowledge of building maintenance, health and safety, and site security;
• carries out routine inspections, minor repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently, ensuring the school site is always well-presented and fully operational;
• is proactive and organised, able to prioritise tasks and respond effectively to day-to-day site needs and unexpected issues;
• understands and follows health and safety procedures, contributing to risk assessments and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements;
• works collaboratively as part of the school community, building positive relationships with pupils, staff and contractors;
• is committed to maintaining high standards and contributing to a safe, supportive and inclusive school environment for everyone
