Job Title:Bristol Operations – Site Officer
We think big: lead the way in Opening Minds, Opening Doors!
We are looking to recruit a Site Officer to join our existing team within the facilities team in Bristol. The successful candidate will provide pro-active and re-active maintenance within the E-ACT Academies, and you will be based at E-ACT Merchants Academy.
Aligned to our ethos and values, you will be an integral part of the team providing a first class maintenance service. Safety and compliance encompasses all aspects of the role, you need to be methodical, organised and have a good set of DIY skills. You will be approachable, confident with excellent communication skills, and enjoy working as part of a dedicated maintenance team.
Key responsibilities:
- Complete statutory and routine testing as and when required to manufacturers’ standards ensuring record keeping is up to date and accurate including boilers, sprinklers, fire alarms, emergency lighting, etc
- Ensure Health and Safety compliance with regard to all regulations, policies and codes of practice
- Key holding duties for locking and unlocking of premises
- Basic maintenance of caretaking/cleaning equipment
- Carry out porter duties as required including receipt of goods and supplies
Pay range:
SCP 12 – 17 £26,421.00 - £28,770.00 (37 hours per week, All year round)
