What skills and experience we're looking for
- Provide a comprehensive site management service
- Be enthusiastic, helpful and take pride in the visual order of the school
- Ensure the school is clean and well maintained
- Carry out security procedures for the school and grounds
- Be responsible for routine and emergency access to the school premises and grounds
- Perform porter duties and DIY
- Have an understanding of the main Health and Safety Regulations
- Work within school's policies and procedures, be organised, professional, demonstrate initiative and be able to liaise with external services and colleagues.

St Joseph's RC Primary is a school with big ideas and was judged to be good by Ofsted at our last inspection (March 2022) and securely good in all areas in our recent Section 48 inspection (May 2024. Our staff seek to encourage and challenge pupils fromtheir very first day and throughout their journey with us, creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere where learning is fun. This is in line with our mission statement "I came so that you may have life - and have it to the full" John 10:10.
