SITE OFFICER
Required to start:
Hours: 20 hours per week, All Year Round (Average shifts 2pm - 6pm, Mon - Friday with occasional shift variations, some later nights with paid overtime.)
Salary - Grade 3 (points 9-22) FTE £27,254- £33,699 - Actual Salary £14,933 - £18,645 per annum

Summit Learning Trust are looking to appoint a highly motivated Site Officer to assist the Senior Site Manager and the team in the provision of efficient and effective caretaking support of the site, including general site duties and maintenance. The role will be based at Lyndon School, but you must be prepared to travel to other sites within Trust if required. There will be some evening events when we would ask for your flexibility to support.
The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate that they have previous experience in estates and facilities, ideally within an educational setting but this is not essential. Other essential skill sets involve the ability to be able to work flexibly and prioritise workload, work calmly under pressure and uphold a professional, friendly manner at all times. You should also have an awareness and understanding of H&S although full training will be given.
There is a strong culture of safeguarding and staff work positively with the leadership team to ensure students are kept safe.
Purpose of Role:
To work with the Site team to ensure the smooth running of the College. Undertake the caretaking, site maintenance routines, and responding to emergencies, relating to the site as necessary.
