Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 27.5 hours per week, 43 weeks per year. Term time plus 4 weeks.
Scale: NJC 4-9
Actual Salary: £16,100 - £17,422 per annum / FTE Salary: £25,184 - £27,254 per annum

Mildenhall College Academy are looking to appoint an individual to work with the wider estates team and academy senior leadership team, be responsible for a wide range of day-to-day management and operation of premises related functions, including buildings and grounds maintenance, security, lettings, cleaning and management of contractors.
The successful candidate will join our academy which is dynamic and inspiring, creating a culture of outstanding success amongst our students. To succeed, you will have previous experience in a similar environment and the use of equipment. You will have a good standard of literacy and numeracy and the ability to work on your own initiative and within a team. We are keen to secure a positive Site Supervisor who can make a telling contribution to our team. The department is part of a well led, mutually supportive cleaning team and the appointed candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues and will be supported by a Campus Manager.
