Site Team Exams Assistant
To commence ASAP
Casual contract
Hourly Rate: National Living wage
Working Hours: Approximately 14-15 weeks per year, with up to 3 hours of work per day during those weeks
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a enthusiastic and organised person to become a Site Team Exams Assistant for Shenley Brook End School. You will be joining our site team, to assist in the preparation of exam rooms by setting up tables and chairs in accordance with the required layout and specifications. The role ensures that exam rooms are arranged in a way that meets health, safety, and examination standards, providing a suitable environment for students to take their exams.
The ideal candidate will: -
Set up exam rooms in a timely manner to ensure they are ready before students arrive, leaving sufficient time for final checks.
Strike down exam rooms in a timely manner ready for further school use or external bookings
Report any equipment damage or missing items to the Site Manager to ensure timely replacements.
Safely store tables and chairs in designated storage areas to keep them in good condition for future use.
