What skills and experience we're looking for
- Have experience of working in a security, safety or maintenance environment
- Have experience of Health & Safety, COSHH, IOSH
- Be able to show a knowledge of other trades e.g. plumbing, carpentry, plumbing
- Be able to work constructively using own initiative in the absence of senior staff

Grade 3 - £24,796 p.a.
37 hours per week – full year working
Roles and Responsibilities include:
- Responsibility for Health & Safety and Security of the school site, including locking and unlocking the school every day during term time and some weeks of the holidays
- Maintaining the school in an excellent condition both externally and internally
- Managing external contractors, servicing works and small projects
- Monitoring site stock and ordering supplies
- Minor repairs to include minor plumbing, joinery, electrical work, internal decoration and maintenance, painting and decorating.
- Communicating effectively with a range of people including children, staff, visitors and external agencies
