Sixth Form Academic Coach and Fast Track Leader job summary
We are seeking to appoint a Sixth Form Academic Coach and Fast Track Leader to join our experienced and committed Sixth Form Team.
This is a permanent post for 37 hours per week and term time only (39 weeks). The working pattern is 08:30 - 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 08:30 - 16:00 on a Friday.
The postholder will work closely with Sixth Form students to further develop a culture of high achievement through supervising the Sixth Form study area at agreed times, act as an Academic Coach for a caseload of students and lead on the Fast Track programme in the Sixth Form.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working with young people in education or another related area.
