Make a Difference: Sixth Form Administrator and Attendance Support Role

That's exactly what the position of Sixth Form Administrator and Attendance Support at Richmond Park Academy offers. This isn't just about paperwork; it's about being a crucial part of a team that helps students achieve their potential.

You're someone who'll be able to:

* Provide administrative support to the Sixth Form Leadership Team, including 6th form admissions, collating reports, and other relevant documentation.
* Update daily 6th form attendance and collate attendance reports for the Sixth Form leadership team,acting as the first point of contact for absent students.
* Supervise the Sixth Form independent study room, dealing with student inquiries, and referring students to appropriate departments/services.
* Organise 6th form events, such as Results Days and Open Evenings

You're someone who has:

* GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4) or equivalent
* Some experience working in school administration, using school MIS systems and Google Apps
* Experience in planning and managing workloads
* Dealing with sensitive issues and maintaining confidentiality would be advantageous
