Sixth Form Administrator job summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Sixth Form Administrator to join our dedicated team. This pivotal role will support the day-to-day running of the Sixth Form, ensuring the smooth delivery of administrative and operational processes.
Applicants should have a good standard of English, Mathematics (GCSE A*-C) and ICT and have the ability to remain calm under pressure. The ideal candidate will be polite and friendly with a neat and tidy appearance and have good organisational skills. You must have a confident approach to working with young people as well as a flexible attitude to work
Some Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Sixth Form and Sixth Form team.
- Manage student records, attendance, and data in line with school policies.
- Coordinate Sixth Form events, including open days, parents’ evenings, and enrichment activities.
- Support the recruitment and admissions process for new Sixth Form students.
- Administration of all Year 12 Admissions and support with induction days.
- Act as the first point of contact for Sixth Form queries from students, parents, and external stakeholders.
