Sixth Form Administrator job summary
At Robert Smyth Academy we have a vacancy for an organised, efficient Administrator to offer administrative support in all aspects of the Sixth Form. This is a new role due to the growth of the school.
The ideal candidate will be supporting the Head of Sixth Form but will also need to be able to work collaboratively with the wider administration team and Senior Leaders. The office is based in the Sixth Form Centre with an open door policy to assist Sixth Form students with initial enquiries such as - attendance, UCAS applications, admissions and concerns.
The hours are term time plus 2 weeks (41 weeks) 22.5 hours a week – ideally 9am to 1.30pm Monday to Friday (negotiable for the ideal candidate)
