SIXTH FORM CAFE SUPERVISOR (2 Year Fixed-Term) job summary

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic colleague to join our vibrant and successful school.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised and customer-focused Sixth Form Cafe Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operation of our vibrant student cafe. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for our sixth form students, while ensuring high standards of food service, hygiene and customer care. The successful candidate will oversee the cafe's daily operations, manage stock and ordering, maintain compliance with food safety regulations, and build positive relationships with students and staff. You will be proactive, reliable and committed to providing an excellent service that supports the wellbeing and independence of our young people.

Job Details: 

  • 38 week per year contract (2 Year Fixed Term)
  • 6 hours per day
  • 5 days a week
  • 30 hours a week
  • 8.30am start and 2.30pm finish
  • Salary range from £22,539 to £22,860 (before the 26-27 NJC pay deal is agreed, so this will increase)
