Full-time – 37 hours per week, term time only, plus two weeks as directed
Finham Park School is the Lead School in the established Finham Park Multi Academy Trust. Primary and secondary schools in Finham Park MAT will set out to pioneer, innovate and deliver a “World Class” education for all.
Finham Park School was judged as ‘Outstanding’ in all areas by Ofsted in 2015, for the second time. It is a Specialist College in Mathematics, Science, Technology and Engineering, a National Support School, and Leading Edge School. It is highly over-subscribed with a growing Sixth Form of over 350 students. We have recently been re-accredited as a World Class School in July 2018 – endorsing that Finham Park School is a place where all our students develop a love of “learning for life” and contribute on both the national and international stages.
An exciting opportunity for a Sixth Form Reception Administrator has arisen at Finham Park School, the lead school in the MAT. You will be joining the Sixth Form at an exciting time as it continues to grow. The role will develop to support the developments.
The Governors are seeking to appoint a professional and enthusiastic individual to join the Sixth Form team. The successful candidate will organise and manage an efficient and effective administration role, ensuring a ‘customer’ focus is paramount within the school. The successful applicant will provide an effective, efficient and comprehensive personal support service to the Operations Manager and support to the Sixth Form Management Team and Mentor Team, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
A high level of computer expertise is expected in setting up new systems and refining current ones. The post holder will ensure the integrity and suitability of data and be able to transform and analyse it, producing apposite information, presented in an appropriate manner.
The successful applicant will join a team of staff who are committed to supporting the Sixth Form and ensuring it operates efficiently and offers the best educational “experience” possible to all its students.

Finham Park is a popular and successful 11 -18 comprehensive school situated in the south-west of Coventry.
