What skills and experience we're looking for
Could you become part of a specialised team and help to change the future of many young lives in a positive way?
We are looking for a confident and self-motivated individual to work with our pastoral and SEND teams. The role will be to support students, with guidance from the Mental Health Lead, aged 11 – 18 with low-level mental health needs. You will encourage and guide students through group mentoring programmes and ensure appropriate referrals to other agencies as necessary.
Suitably qualified, ideally with an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, you will support students on a 1:1 through all year groups, including our 6th Form.
