Are you passionate about languages and inspiring young minds?

We are looking for a dedicated Spanish Teacher to join our team and make a positive impact on pupils' learning journeys.

In this role, you will deliver engaging and high-quality KS3 and KS4 Spanish lessons, promote cultural awareness, and foster a love for language learning.

Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents, you will help pupils achieve their full potential while maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.

What will you do?

  • Deliver the curriculum, prepare teaching materials, and ensure high standards of literacy and student progress.
  • Establish a safe and stimulating environment, manage classroom behaviour, and promote student well-being.
  • Use assessment data to monitor student progress, set targets, and plan lessons.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, participate in professional development, and communicate effectively with parents and external bodies.
  • Promote and safeguard the welfare of students, ensuring compliance with school policies and protocols.

What are we looking for?

  • Qualified to bachelor’s degree level in relevant or allied subject
  • Able to work independently, collaboratively and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills with children, parents and carers
  • Ability to create and maintain professional working relationships
  • Commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of all students
