What skills and experience we're looking for

Holly Spring Primary School is looking for an experienced SENDCo to join our inclusive school, where pupils and staff thrive, from September 2025.

This is an excellent opportunity, for a qualified teacher, to take the next step in your career in a non-class based position.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • passionate about transforming the lives of young people with SEND.
  • self motivated and can manage their time effectively.
  • able to support class teachers with teaching strategies to meet the needs of individial pupils.

Holly Spring Primary School is a large, well-resourced school in the Bullbrook area of Bracknell. Our three-form entry school has extensive grounds, a forest learning environment, sensory garden and large spacious classrooms.

  • 4 extra classes for our childrean with SEND.
  • KS1 and KS2 nuture groups.
  • a range of other additional support including Forest School and ELSA.

  • a dedicated SENDCo office and administrtive support.
  • free childcare on inset days for school aged children, if needed.
