About the Role
Due to the upcoming retirement of our long-serving SENCo, we are seeking a dedicated and inspiring professional to lead SEND provision at Bromet Primary School. This is an exciting opportunity to build on strong, established systems and shape the next chapter of our inclusive practice.
You will lead and coordinate SEND across the school, ensuring pupils are well supported, make strong progress and achieve their full potential. Working closely with senior leaders, you will drive high-quality inclusive teaching, oversee EHCP processes and provision and work collaboratively with staff, parents and external agencies.
This role combines leadership responsibilities with, where appropriate, teaching, and offers the chance to play a key role in whole-school improvement within a supportive and inclusive environment.
You will join a warm, supportive team in a school where children are eager to learn and behaviour for learning is consistently strong.

Why Join Bromet?

- A collaborative and caring staff team
- Dedicated teaching assistant support
- A well-established SEND framework you can build on and shape
- A strong sense of community and positive relationships with families
- A committed and proactive Academy Governing Body (AGB)
- A clear commitment to professional development
- The benefits of working within the Agora Learning Partnership
- Happy, engaged pupils who are motivated, eager to learn and demonstrate excellent behaviour for learning
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference, lead meaningful change and shape the future of inclusion within a school that truly values it.
