- Teacher MPS/UPS - £31,650 - £49,084 plus SEN allowance - £2,679 - £5,285 (pro-rota for part time)

What skills and experience we're looking for
- Previous teaching experience in a relevant setting with evidence of delivering high quality inclusive teaching and learning
- Demonstrate outstanding organisational, management, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Have the ability to motivate and support all members of the academy community
- To lead and determine the strategic development of special educational needs (SEN) policy and provision in the school under the direction of the headteacher
- Be responsible for day-to-day operation of the SEN policy and co-ordination of specific provision to support individual pupils with SEN or a disability
- Provide professional guidance and working in partnership with colleagues, working closely with staff, parents and carers, and other agencies
- To work closely with SLT and staff to ensure successful transition for our children
- Seek to inspire
- Act as Designated Teacher for Looked After Children (LAC)
- Effectively leading, supporting and developing learners, families and professionals
