What skills and experience we're looking for
The Minster School is seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Special Educational Needs Support Assistant (SENSA), to join our highly skilled team. The successful candidate will provide specialist support to individual students and groups of students by assisting with personal care and supporting learning under the supervision, direction and guidance of the SEN team.
Significant previous experience of working with children/young people and excellent numeracy and literacy skills will be most beneficial. If you are keen to make a difference to the progress and aspirations of our students, then we would very much welcome your application.
