- Build great relationships with their parents and families
- Work to ensure excellent progress for the specific child
- Bring new ideas to enhance our provision further
- Be a team player that can work alongside our existing staff

Rothwell Junior School is a good school (OFSTED January 2019) which is part of the Pathfinder Schools Academy Trust. We are based in the north of the county in the market town of Rothwell, which has seen significant growth over the last few years.
